Adventure to the West

Last 2 week ends, we went to adventure to the west side of Singapore. We make multiple stops from Holland V to Clementi, Upper Bukit Timah, and back to Dempsey to get our rewards hohohoho

We passed by Sun way avenue (Clementi) area and quite suprised because it does not look like Singapore…there are many landed houses, trees, and railway track…and also…the sky was sooo blue at that time

OO talking about reward..we discovered a nice place in Dempsey for hang-out for cup of coffee and cake..

Instead of being patriotic to raise our national flag, we fly a multiple colorful flag in east coast.

What we do on weekend

Weekend is always what we (almost) all the working people are waiting for. But yet, when it reaches that day, it always hard to decide where to go, especially in Singapore…Shopping malls and stuff have been a boring activities, though there are soooo many malls here, but in actual the stores within are similiar or same….

Now come to think of it, what we actually do on our typical weekend. Well, there are different stuff but always have a niceeeeee foooddddd hahaha…

In one week end, we went to east coast, got a tandem bike and we have one mission!!! Find a quiter corner and play buble soap haha….Quite pai-seh actually, 2 adult playing this…but I can tell you for sure…IT IS FUN!! We create many many bubles and even kids who passed by loved it!!

Oo and there is another interesting one….we went to Zoo, guess it is around May…but nevertheless, this is also the first time I have been KISSED……….

There’s Something About Wei(II)

Once upon a time, in a not so far away small island named Sabang, a well-rounded chubby baby was born. As dayz and years has passed, she grew up vertically but more horizontally and exponentially (C’MON U NOE WAT I MEANT) This Day, 22 of July 2008, we give thanks to her Creator for the showers of blessings on her life!

The trip to flyer is an exciting one. For me personally (wei), I have been wanted to know how does it feel when you see Singapore on top. In overal, it’s truly quite a worth experience for 1st timer.

I guess if you go there more often, it’ll be boring

“Sweet” Memories

Yesterday we just had our Chupa Chups after so many years and it still tasted yummy….It really feel like to old day when we still love candy and stuff.

Here are our chupas: Mine is Choc-vanilla and his is Orange

And it went on when we talked on the “hit” candies/sweets at our time. If you are born in late 70’s or 80’s, you should know some of these

• Pop Rock: Remember how the feeling when the candy pops in your mouth??

• Bumble Gums: we especially like this type (Marukawa). It comes with many small box and each box contains just few and the orange one is the best ha….Nowadays, you can hardly find any bumblegum in singapore

 

• Whistle pop! Sounds like a sparrow with sore throat,taste of zingy,fruity flavour while u whistle it away!

• Ring pop..hoho I am the one put this into the list The ads itself refelected very well the dream of all small little girls to get a big diamond ring for her proposal hahaha…

• Candy cigarettes: remember the old days that you pretend to be a cool guy and holding the cigarette like candy?
• Mentos the fresh makers and it still around till now. I was browing the mentos ads and I guess these should be ones of the earliest version on how once you have a pack of Mentos in your pocket  “nothing gets to you, staying fresh, staying cool”
